Through Nutrition Counseling, I work with clients to understand the “why” behind food choices and beliefs. This approach provides clients with tools needed to create lasting behavioral change and healthier habits.

I specialize in a Non-Diet approach for clients struggling with food and body image. Through Nutrition Counseling, we work together to take the confusion out of food with a simple, kind, and humorous approach - based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Experiential Techniques, and Nutrition Education. I am currently taking new clients looking for a long term commitment (minimum 3 months).
