I’m a non-diet nutritionist specializing in intuitive eating, self care, and bringing joy back to food. I practice from an All-Foods-Fit and Health at Every Size perspective. I believe that the first step towards Food Freedom is accepting where you are today.

Through Nutrition Counseling, I work with clients to improve their relationship with food, exercise, and the limiting belief that “health” only looks one way. Non-Diet is a holistic approach to nutrition that supports both health and well-being. This is all-foods-fit, weight-neutral approach places focus on behavior change rather than weight.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is talk therapy that works to gradually take steps toward behavior change. It is based on how we think, how we feel, and how we act.

Experiential Therapy is a form of expressive therapy. This focuses on creating new healthy coping tools through a hands on approach.

It all starts with science. Empowering clients with facts instead of fear to start to make choices on their personal health.
